Eastground is a software company based in Leiden that has been developing software for organizations with a social mission since 2001. Its flagship product is Pivio: software designed to help foundations and funds manage applications, donations, donor relationships, and disbursements.
Pivio supports the entire fund management process: applicants submit applications online, the organization reviews them, makes payments via SEPA, monitors budgets, and reports on the results. Each organization operates in its own secure, GDPR-compliant environment. Features such as relationship management, donations, financial administration, communication, and AI support are all integrated into the same system. Pivio is used by more than 75 endowment funds, relief funds, and charitable organizations in the Netherlands, ranging from local funds to organizations that work on behalf of municipalities and provinces.
