What we are looking for
The Field is looking for motivated colleagues to join our team!
- Lives in Leiden and is looking for a, not so standard, side job
- Are on-call on a flexible basis evenings, weekends and during the day.
- Has a good command of the Dutch language
- You are proactive and independent.
- You have an affinity for hospitality, sustainability and circularity.
These include your duties:
During your job, you will be responsible for bookings and in doing so, you will be the first point of contact for guests and business owners. You will ensure that the facility services and communication run like clockwork and that guests leave our experimental garden with a satisfied feeling. Furthermore, you will be working with:
- Running meetings and events.
- Service from the bar.
- Preparing and putting rooms in order.
- Reception of guests.
This is what we offer you:

- A 0-hour contract with €14.55 compensation per hour (including vacation pay).
