Job description
As a customer success specialist, you are responsible for supporting and guiding their customers. Specifically, this means:
- Onboarding customers (mainly general practitioners and GP practices)
- Handling questions, feedback, and complaints
- Proactively maintain customer relationships & monitor satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and product development to translate customer feedback into improved services
What is expected of you
- You are sociable and have good communication skills
- You are good at planning
- You have a proactive attitude
- You have an eye for customer satisfaction and experience in a customer-oriented position (help desk, sales, hospitality, etc.)
