You’ll learn how to test ideas before investing time, money, or energy.
We’ll break validation into four simple questions:
Desirability – do people want it?
Feasibility – can it be built?
Viability – does it make sense long-term?
Impact – does it create real value?
You need all four.
How do we validate ideas?
Through practical, everyday methods:
- Personas – who is this really for?
- Interviews – asking the right questions
- Surveys, Reddit, chats, experiments – choose methods that fit you
- Feasibility check – what’s needed? (think “shopping list”)
Example: Organizing a party 🎉
You validate ideas all the time without noticing:
- Who’s coming? (desirability)
- Do we have space, time, budget? (feasibility)
- Is it worth the effort? (viability)
- Will people enjoy it? (impact)
This workshop just makes that process visible and structured.
