Before we forget, a few practical details.
Our spaces can accommodate groups ranging from 8 to 150 people. All are equipped with furniture, WiFi, AV resources, flipcharts, paper and markers. It is also possible to host a hybrid meeting in any room. Perfect spaces for presentations, trainings, and meetings.
Hosting a livestream session? No problem, our largest rooms are fully equipped! Anything is possible at our unique location in Leiden.

The Creative Box is a box filled with everything you need to inspire your colleagues. Think post-its, markers, markers and pens. This way you can go all out!

Sometimes it’s nice to get help organizing an event, right? At PLNT, we gladly help you with this. Depending on your request, we will prepare a quote for you.
A whole day of networking in 2 minutes. We hear you thinking, “huh, how so?” During a Pitch Auction, you pitch your idea or request for help. After this, the people in the room can turn in a connection card indicating how they can help you. For example, by sharing their network, funding, or advice. The possibilities are endless!

Catering during your event
If you book a room at The Field or PLNT, there is also the option of tasty catering that your guests will be talking about for a long time.
We work with Midi, our in-house caterer. The cozy green grand café and the only roof terrace (with fantastic view) in Leiden together offer space for up to 200 people. Both places have an equipped bar.
