Our structured menu changes the game by introducing two fixed variants: <\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>The Basic Variant:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An intensive module lasting one or several weeks, where Bachelor\u2019s students use (fictional) LSH cases to learn how to build their very first business pitch.<\/span><\/li><li><b>The Specialized Variant:<\/b> An extensive minor running for 10 to 20 weeks, where Master\u2019s students and junior researchers translate their own scientific research into a full-fledged business plan.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ab8391 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ab8391\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>By standardizing these modules, we can easily form multidisciplinary teams (combining medical, technical, and business talent), which significantly boosts the chances of creating breakthrough innovations.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52d6518 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52d6518\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>From Research to Startup: Elena\u2019s Success Story<\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What does this continuous learning pipeline look like in practice? She then advanced to <a href=\"https:\/\/unlock.bio\/programs\/startup-play\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Startup Play<\/a> (validation) and continued her growth within the <a href=\"https:\/\/unlock.bio\/programs\/unlock-incubation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unlock_ incubatie program<\/a>. <\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/li><li><b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Current Status:<\/span> Elena\u2019s startup <a href=\"https:\/\/stemxbio.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">StemXBio<\/a> is formally incorporated, is currently renting dedicated lab space at <a href=\"https:\/\/unlock.bio\/unlock-hub\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BioPartner 3,<\/a> and has already raised over \u20ac375,000 in grants and loans. <\/b><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8259c39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8259c39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>A Sustainable Future<\/h5><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This project is a win-win: it equips students and researchers with the exact skills needed for a career in the (local) biotech and life sciences industry, while simultaneously accelerating the flow of high-potential spin-offs into our incubator.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The subsidy covers the initial development costs and pilots.
