Hey, new office manager!

As office manager, you are the driving force behind a smoothly running organization. You ensure that colleagues can work comfortably, tenants feel welcome and everything in our building runs smoothly. With your organizational skills and positive energy, you bring structure and arrange things before anyone notices it is needed.

About the position

  • One minute you’re welcoming a new tenant, the next you’re coordinating the onboarding of a new colleague or solving a facility challenge.
  • You switch effortlessly between internal processes, vendors and community members.
  • You will work with our other office manager, who focuses more on the hospitality side.

Who are you?

  • You are someone who just gets things done. You are described as a real fixer and have a keen eye for detail. Structure and overview are your second nature and you are not afraid to make decisions. Do you recognize yourself in this? 👇

  • Completed at least a mbo-4 or hbo education.

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in a dynamic work environment.

  • Proactive and independent: you don’t wait, you tackle.

  • Communicatively strong and customer-oriented: you make sure everyone feels heard.

  • You like structure and can quickly switch between different tasks.

What will you do?

At PLNT, you will have the space to fully utilize your skills. Your duties include:

  • Daily operations: You are the point of contact for our community, vendors and external organizations. You maintain oversight of workspaces, leases and facilities.

  • Facilities & Organization: You manage inventory (think AV equipment, chairs, tables and other materials) and take care of replacements and internal moves.

  • Billing & Onboarding: You will take care of billing and onboarding tenants and inform them of all facility processes.

  • Front & back office: You regularly coordinate with the front office manager on ongoing processes.

  • Onboarding new colleagues and interns: You make sure everyone gets off to a flying start!
