Junior Marketer
Are you our new marketer?
Are you creative, eager to learn and ready to make an impact within a dynamic organization? Do you want to not only create content, but also develop yourself strategically in the field of campaign management? At PLNT, the center for innovation and entrepreneurship in Leiden, we are looking for a Junior Content & Community Marketer to take our marketing and communication to the next level.
About the position
In this role, you will be the voice of PLNT! You will create and manage content for our social media, newsletters and other communication channels. You’ll also work with our marketing manager to implement our strategy and develop in campaign management. You will have the opportunity to help think about PLNT’s marketing approach and learn how to set up and execute a campaign from start to finish.
What will you do?
- Create content for social media, website and newsletters.
- Manage and schedule social media posts.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and develop in strategic campaign management.
- Collect and share inspiring stories and successes from our community.
- Thinking about and supporting the implementation of our marketing strategy.
- Creating graphic designs (advantage, but not a must).

- You are enthusiastic, eager to learn and take responsibility for your work.
- You see creative opportunities, think ahead and take initiative. You don’t wait, but pick up what can be improved!
- You have a passion for content, social media and marketing.
- You want to develop strategically in campaign management.
- You can work independently, but also enjoy seeking cooperation.
- Experience with campaign management and graphic design (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite) is not a requirement but a plus.

- A salary indication of €2,500 gross per month (on a full-time basis).
- 30 vacation days on a full-time basis.
